Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026. Please read these terms before using the Raksha Kavach web portal or mobile app.

1. Acceptance

By logging in or using Raksha Kavach ("the Service"), operated by Adi Parashakti Security, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

Staff accounts (Guard, Supervisor, Client, HR, Company Admin) are created and managed by the security agency you work with or contract from — your employer/agency is responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for authorising your access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — attendance, deployment, payroll, and safety operations for your agency — and not to falsify attendance/location data (including spoofing GPS), share your login with anyone else, or attempt to access data outside your role's permissions.

4. Location & data collection

Using certain features (attendance punch-in, live tracking while on duty, emergency SOS) requires sharing your device's location and, for attendance, a photo — see our Privacy Policy for what is collected and why. You can decline background location sharing when prompted; some features will then be unavailable.

5. Payroll & statutory data

Payroll, PF/ESI, and GST figures are computed by the Service based on data your employer enters and maintains (attendance, salary structure, ratings). Your employer remains responsible for reviewing and correcting this data before it is used for statutory filings or payment — the Service is a record-keeping and computation tool, not a substitute for your employer's own compliance review.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn as the platform evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adi Parashakti Security is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including loss arising from inaccurate data entered by your employer or a third party.

8. Termination

Your access may be suspended or ended by your employer/agency (e.g. on leaving their employment) or by us if these Terms are violated. See account deletion for how to request removal of your account and data.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
