Who we are

Raksha Kavach is a workforce management platform for security guard agencies, operated by Adi Parashakti Security (Gujarat & Rajasthan, India). It is used by security agencies to manage their own guards, supervisors, and client sites — an account is created for you by your employer (the agency), not by signing up yourself, except where a public self-service signup/join flow is explicitly offered.

What data we collect

We only collect data needed to run the attendance, deployment, payroll, and safety features your employer has enabled for you.

• Account & identity: name, phone number, email, employee/user code, role, and profile photo.
• Location: precise GPS location when you punch attendance, and — only while you are marked on duty — your live location in the background, so your supervisor/HQ can verify site presence and respond to an emergency SOS. Location sharing stops automatically once you go off duty, and the app shows an on-screen indicator whenever it is active.
• Camera: a selfie photo captured at attendance punch-in/punch-out for identity verification. If your employer uses a Raksha Kavach face-recognition attendance kiosk at a site, your registered face photo may also be processed there, by your employer's own site device — this app itself does not perform face recognition.
• Device information: GPS accuracy, network type, battery level, and device model, captured at punch time to help your employer spot GPS-spoofing or attendance irregularities.
• Employment & financial records: attendance, leave, shift and site assignment, performance ratings, payroll and payslip data, bank account details (for salary payment), and statutory (PF/ESI) details your employer maintains.
• Documents (where applicable): identity/verification documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, or police-verification certificates your employer requires for onboarding.
• Support & communication: in-app notifications, and anything you send us directly (e.g. an email to request help or account deletion).

How we use this data

To verify attendance and site presence, run payroll, keep your supervisor/HQ informed of your live location and safety while on duty, generate compliance filings (PF/ESI/GST) your employer is legally required to make, and to operate core app features (schedules, leave, payslips, notifications).

Who we share it with

Data is visible only within your own employer's account on the platform — your supervisor, HR, and company admin, scoped to what their role needs. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We may disclose data to government authorities where legally required (e.g. PF/ESI/GST filings, or a lawful request), and to service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery) under confidentiality obligations.

Data security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and access-controlled by role. We retain employment and statutory records for as long as your employer's account is active and as required by Indian labour/tax law after that. You can request deletion of your account and data — see below.

Children's data

Raksha Kavach is a workplace tool for employed adults (security guards, supervisors, and client contacts) and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
