Delete Your Account & Data

Your Raksha Kavach account is created and managed by the security agency you work with or contract from (e.g. Adi Parashakti Security). You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed or can currently log in.

How to request deletion

Email adiparashaktiinfotech@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Your registered mobile number or email
• Your employer/agency name (e.g. Adi Parashakti Security)
• A short note confirming you want your account and data deleted

If you have the app installed, you can also start this request from Guard/Supervisor/Client → Legal & Account → Delete my account & data, which opens a pre-filled email with your details for you.

What happens next

We verify the request against your company admin (since your account and employment records belong to your employer's account on the platform), then delete your personal data — profile details, location history, attendance selfies, and login access — within 30 days, except where a record must be retained for legal reasons described below.

What we may retain, and why

Indian labour, tax, and statutory compliance law (e.g. PF/ESI/GST record-keeping requirements) may require your employer to retain certain payroll and employment records for a defined period even after account deletion. Where this applies, we retain only the minimum required records, remove everything else, and stop all active use of your data (location sharing, notifications, live tracking) immediately.
